Brent & Catherine Meyer
Owners
Brent & Catherine Meyer have a full life of raising 3 kids and a dog. They have always had a passion for old things, but it took them a while to officially get to making old things their living! Brent has degrees in clinical social work and educational leadership, while Catherine has degrees in fine arts and legal studies. Although it seems the Meyer’s are always working, they do enjoy slowing down occasionally and immersing themselves in hobbies. Brent loves to fish and is a collector at heart, while Catherine loves to garden and read.
Josh Sumrall
Woodworker
Josh has had a significant part of the 7th Street History. He first became involved with 7th Street Salvage in 2019 as a vendor for one of Maker's Markets at our warehouse location. Shortly after, he joined the woodworking staff as a part-timer. Josh quickly rose to a full time status and produced some incredible pieces until he moved in 2023. He was not finished however! In 2025, he moved back to the middle Georgia area and we quickly brought him back on board!
William Aultman
Warehouse and Woodshop Assistant
William joined the 7th Street Crew in 2024 and had an instant impact! Initially, he worked our salvage warehouse floor, as he has extensive knowledge in historic homes. His experience in evaluating, renovating, and restoring old homes has been a fantastic addition to our 7th Street family. in late 2024, he transitioned to also work in the woodshop, where he has a passion for growing his woodworking accumen. You can talk with William on occasional Saturdays in the warehouse, so come say hello!
