7TH STREET STAFF
Meet our great crew of people working behind the scenes (and behind the counter) at 7th Street.
Brent & Catherine Meyer
Brent & Catherine Meyer have a full life of raising 3 kids and a dog. They have always had a passion for old things, but it took them a while to officially get to making old things their living! Brent has degrees in clinical social work and educational leadership, while Catherine has degrees in fine arts and legal studies. Although it seems the Meyer’s are always working, they do enjoy slowing down occasionally and immersing themselves in hobbies. Brent loves to fish and is a collector at heart, while Catherine loves to garden and read.
7th Street Salvage Downtown General Manager
Kacy was born and raised in Macon and has called downtown home for nearly 15 years. Kacy is always ready to greet you with a big smile and a good joke. If you bring your fur baby, they will be surely eating out of her hands before your shopping trip is complete!
A proud Mercer Bear, Leadership Macon graduate, and dog rescue advocate; she brings her love of both humans and animals to work everyday!
Josh began his relationship with 7th Street Salvage as a talented maker who joined us for our Maker’s Markets throughout the year. When a position opened up in our woodshop, Josh was an easy choice to join the 7th Street Family. Josh came to 7th Street with a vast knowledge in woodworking, having specialized in furniture pieces and home decor items. Since joining the team, Josh has perfected his skills in the areas of doors, tables, and other furniture items.
Kane joined 7th Street Salvage as a woodshop assistant. He flourished in his role assisting the shop. He honed his skills working with wood, but his true skills flourished when he was working with customers. That led to his transition as the manager of the warehouse. He has grown his knowledge base and is now a seasoned veteran when it comes to assisting customers with their architectural salvage needs. Come to the warehouse and say hello to Kane!
